Amy Reichanadter
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Amy Reichanadter oversees strategic workforce management at E2open. She manages the planning, direction and implementation of E2open’s global personnel programs and policies. Reporting to her is a worldwide human resources organization, which serves E2open’s employees in the areas of human resource services, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training, staffing, and all other aspects of human capital management.
Prior to joining E2open in 2005, Reichanadter was responsible for managing the global human resources functions at Obilx, Inc. Reichanadter has over 10 years experience in senior human resources management roles working for multinational software companies.
Reichanadter holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a bachelors of arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
