Amy Reichanadter
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Amy Reichanadter joined E2open in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Amy oversees strategic workforce management at E2open, where she manages the planning, direction, and implementation of E2open’s global personnel programs and policies. Reporting to her is a worldwide human resources organization, which serves E2open’s employees in the areas of human resource services, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training, staffing, and all other aspects of human capital management.
Prior to joining E2open, Amy was responsible for managing the global human resources functions at Obilx, Inc. Amy has over 12 years of experience in senior human resources management roles working for multinational software companies.
Amy holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
