David Hale
Chief Information Officer
David Hale joined E2open in 2000, and currently serves as Chief Information Officer. David is responsible for E2open software-as-a-service operations, IT operations, and global support. From 2008 to 2009, he concurrently served as General Manager, Asia Pacific and headed the E2open Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office. David was interim General Manager of the E2open Tokyo office in 2002, and has served in various executive positions for the organization.
Prior to E2open, David managed operations, IT, and quality at SCM Microsystems, a supplier of solutions for secure access to digital content. Before SCM, David spent five years at Solectron Corporation in various management positions in materials and manufacturing operations, as the company grew from $250 million to $2 billion. David began his career as a consultant at Bain and Company.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Arts degree, and an MBA from Stanford University.
