David Packer
Senior Vice President, Field Operations
David Packer joined E2open in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Field Operations. Dave is responsible for the company’s global field sales operations, business development, and industry solutions. He brings more than 20 years of high-technology software sales/field operations experience, along with leadership roles in sales, alliances, professional services, and support.
Prior to E2open, Dave served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Borland Software, where he was responsible for the overall direction and management of worldwide sales efforts. Prior to his work at Borland, Dave was Vice President, Managing Director at PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for the US Western Region. He also spent 10 years at JD Edwards preceding the company’s sale to PeopleSoft, where he last served as General Manager of the Western Region.
Dave holds a Master of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College.
