Peter Maloney
Chief Financial Officer
Peter Maloney joined E2open in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Peter is responsible for managing all worldwide company operations related to the finance, accounting, legal, procurement, and facilities functions.
Prior to E2open, Peter was Chief Financial Officer at SNOCAP, Inc., where he was responsible for all corporate financial operations, including financial planning, strategic development, and customer care functions. He also co-led the successful acquisition of SNOCAP by imeem, Inc. Before SNOCAP, Peter served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Keynote Systems, Inc., where he directed the financial performance for the company, including management of all finance, accounting, legal, human resources, information systems, sales operations, and administrative functions. During this time, he completed eleven acquisitions and two tender offers. Prior to Keynote Systems, he served at Adaptive Broadband Corporation, where he held senior management positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Peter also served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Republic Industries, Inc., and held senior financial management positions at Dole Food Company and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Peter is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and a BBA in Economics from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
