    Mondher Ben Hamida - The Bullwhip Effect today: Have we learned anything?

    While the Bullwhip Effect is certainly nothing new, it doesn’t seem that we’ve made a whole lot of progress in solving the problem. The greatest insight offered by MIT’s simulation game was this: reluctance to collaborate and share information across entities in the supply chain inevitably means higher costs, longer lead times, and lower efficiencies for the value chain as a whole.
