E2open Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public OfferingFriday, February 17, 2012
Foster City, Calif., Feb. 17, 2012 – E2open, a leading provider of cloud-based, on-demand software solutions for collaborative execution across global trading networks, today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
BofA Merrill Lynch will act as lead book-running manager for the offering. William Blair & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity and Needham & Company will act as co-managers.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective.
