Superior Work Culture, Management Practices, Benefits, and Overall Compensation Set E2open Apart

Foster City, Calif., May 3, 2010 E2open today announced that the company has been recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area for 2010. This is the second consecutive year that E2open has received this recognition.

This prestigious list of companies ranked E2open as number seven among organizations with 51 to 100 San Francisco Bay Area-based employees, recognizing areas of excellence including work environment, best practices, culture, and benefits. Employees from over 400 Bay Area companies participated in an independent, third-party survey to determine the winners.

Researchers from Quantum Workplace contacted employees from all nominated companies directly, asking them to evaluate their overall satisfaction in the workplace across a number of dimensions. The primary goal of the survey was to locate those companies in the Bay Area whose employees rate them highest on policies, culture, compensation, and practices. The survey was volunteer-based, with all winning Bay Area companies boasting a 70 percent or greater participation rate.

Best Places to Work in the Bay Area is currently in its seventh year, and appears in both the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal print publications.
