E2open Appoints Robert Godfrey as Vice President of European Sales

Foster City, Calif., June 07, 2010 – E2open, the leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions, today announced that Robert Godfrey has been appointed Vice President of European Sales. Godfrey is a senior and seasoned Sales executive with over 20 years of experience building and growing Sales organizations in the business applications sector. The bulk of Godfrey’s career has been spent in the supply chain space, and he brings with him both the creativity and know-how needed to help today’s companies more effectively manage their inventories and business processes. In his new role, Godfrey will be responsible for expanding the E2open presence in Europe and supporting the growth of the company into new, strategic markets.

Prior to joining E2open, Godfrey served as COO and CEO for Wesupply, where he helped to grow the company from £1 million to £3.8 million over a two-year period. Godfrey also led all go-to-market initiatives and helped to develop a number of new strategic partnerships with Sainsbury’s and IBM, among others. Before Wesupply, Godfrey served as VP of Global Sales at i2 Technologies, where he was brought in to restructure the sales and pre-sales teams and return the company to profitability. After assuming his new role, Godfrey led the Sales organization to its best quarter in over three years, exceeding both revenue and margin targets. Godfrey also served in a variety of executive-level Sales positions at Agile Software, Manugistics, and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
