Simplify connectivity to transportation carriers and logistics trading partners with E2open Logistics Network.

E2open Logistics Network (ELN) provides B2B integration in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model—also called integration-as-a-service (IaaS)—and B2B managed services that deliver electronic connectivity between Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and trading partners, including shippers, carriers, logistics providers, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.

Electronic connectivity provides the advantages of timely and accurate information, lower transaction costs, and unlimited scalability. However, traditional approaches to implementing and supporting connectivity can be expensive and time consuming due to the myriad of technologies and formats, and the global nature of today’s transportation and logistics operations.

The E2open Business Process Network provides a portal to all the information you need to integrate effectively with your trading partners.

As a Business Process Network (BPN) specifically designed for global transportation and logistics processes, ELN offers several unique capabilities, including a network of existing (reusable) connections to logistics-related trading partners; support for a wide variety of trading partner integration methods; advanced self-service IaaS tools; and a pre-built, packaged integration with Oracle Transportation Management, a market leading TMS.

ELN offers a fast and cost-effective integration approach because it does not require any additional customer investment beyond your transportation management system, and it allows trading partners to use their preexisting integration technologies. Alternatively, if a trading partner does not have a preexisting integration capability, ELN will provide one at no extra cost. In addition, the reuse of ELN’s existing connections and standard maps, as well as its self-service IaaS tools, significantly reduce onboarding work, enabling trading partners to be integrated in as little as one to three weeks.

ELN’s IaaS model provides a simple and predictable cost model with annual, fixed-price fees ranging between $2,000 and $3,500 per connection—depending on the total number of connections—and a one-time, fixed-price onboarding fee of $1,000 per connection. Prices are not dependent on transaction size or volume. For many companies, ELN offers a significantly lower total cost of ownership compared to traditional integration approaches.
