“The term control tower still means many things to many people, creating a recipe for confusion in the marketplace, making it difficult for buyers to select appropriate control-tower-type capabilities for their needs. Unfortunately, there is no uniform market description of what a control tower is, or is not, nor what ‘good’ looks like,” said analysts Christian Titze and Alex Pradhan.
