Sidra is a mechanical engineer and a supply chain enthusiast, having 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and planning across various geographies mainly in Asia (Pakistan, Hong Kong, Indonesia) and recently Europe (Switzerland)
Sidra started her career with Unilever in manufacturing having done various roles in process engineering, innovation deployment and manufacturing excellence. She was also heading the Ice Cream Manufacturing Unit in South Asia, an end-to-end cold chain business.
In Philip Morris, she is heading Global Supply Planning for consumables category including supply, capacity and materials planning and part of the Global Supply Chain Synchronization Hub, which is the power-house of all end-to-end planning functions and reshaping the future of supply chain in Philip Morris.
Sidra is passionate about working in dynamic businesses having a strong vision and execution strategy towards transformation. Sidra’s main expertise areas have been defining manufacturing strategies based on market segmentation, agile labour models for seasonal businesses, redesigning and reshaping planning organizations based on business dynamics and building high performance teams.
She is also a coach of TPM and WCM with expertise in Cost and Cash Deployment.
