How to reserve your session spots like a pro

The good news is most Connect 2025 sessions are open access. No reservation needed. Walk in, grab a seat, and start learning. However, for high-demand interactive workshops and hands-on sessions, the Connect mobile app becomes your best friend. You can use it to reserve a spot.

Use the mobile app for session management

The mobile app for the event will launch about two weeks prior to the event, around September 30th. You can use it to get session details and set up a custom agenda.

Pro tip: Divide and conquer to maximize your potential

Connect 2025 offers simultaneous sessions across multiple tracks. You can’t be everywhere at once, but with a team, you can divide and conquer for maximum impact.

Scope it out and plan ahead

Identify your teams’ different focus areas across the multiple session tracks, such as global trade and compliance or procurement and sourcing innovation. They will become the expert in those areas, attending each relevant session and taking notes.

Come together for key sessions

Set a few “must attend” sessions for your entire team, like opening keynotes, major solution announcements, customer success stories relevant to your industry, and closing sessions.

Sync up and share your knowledge

Have knowledge group meetings at the end of the day to share key takeaways from each track, identify themes, and plan for the next day’s sessions.

It’s like walking a tightrope where any misstep ripples through to the end result. What makes this even harder is the fragmented nature of business functions and systems. Supplier procurement might happen in one tool, production planning in another, and fulfillment tracked elsewhere. The result is predictable: delays, misalignment, and a constant scramble to react instead of p...
