  • Will my annual subscription price change? If so, will it increase or decrease?

    Answer: In response to carrier feedback, our pricing model has changed to better align with the value carriers receive. A carrier can choose from the following levels of participation in e2open Carrier Marketplace: Carrier Web Connect (free), Carrier Web Connect+, Carrier eConnect, and Carrier eConnect+. The price of each of the last three levels is tied to a carrier’s annual load volume to coincide with the value the carrier can expect to receive.

  • Is there a deadline for enrollment?

    Answer: We encourage you to make their selection by November 30 to take advantage of our introductory pricing. Enrollment closes December 31, 2022. In early 2023, carriers who have not selected an e2open Carrier Marketplace package will be removed from the system and have their connection(s) disabled.

  • What will happen if I don’t select one of the four options?

    Answer: At some point in 2023, carriers who do not make a selection to elect their level of participation in e2open Carrier Marketplace will be removed from the system and have their connection(s) disabled.

  • What new functionality will I be getting as a carrier and how will it help me?

    Answer: Carriers will have a new system-wide scorecard that will allow shippers to identify high-performing carriers that they want to do business with. Carriers can qualify for Certified Carrier status to further distinguish themselves from the thousands of other carriers in e2open Carrier Marketplace.

  • I move freight for shippers on Kewill Transport, Cloud Logistics, or another e2open solution. Does this program apply to all of them?

    Answer: No. The e2open Carrier Marketplace currently applies only to Transportation Management for Shippers (TMS4S) clients.

  • As a carrier, how is my volume calculated? May I pull a report for myself?

    Answer: Yes. Any carrier (admin role) can navigate to Utilities > Reporting > Data Export and generate a report that shows the carrier’s load activity in the system for a date range.

  • If I change to a lower program during the year, will I receive a refund?

    Answer: Refunds will not be provided for downgrades. We encourage you to take advantage of the capabilities provided in the selection best suited for your business.

  • Will there be a change in how I get support when I have an issue?

    Answer: We are pleased to continue providing the same high-quality support. You will still access it through customer support after the initial setup, just as you do today.

  • I want to set up a call to talk to someone about this. Who should I reach out to?

    Answer: Please direct your questions to CarrierMarketplace@e2open.com. We are happy to address any concerns and schedule a call if needed.

  • I used my credit card to pay for my annual subscription. Can you confirm when the project will start?

    Answer: Once your enrollment is complete, your company will be added to the implementation queue. An e2open team member will reach out to you to provide an estimated project start date.

  • My company has multiple SCAC codes. What do I do?

    Answer: Please be sure to list all applicable SCAC values during your e2open Carrier Marketplace registration process.

  • Are prices increasing? If so, why?

    Answer: In response to carrier feedback, e2open is changing the pricing model to better align with the value received by carriers in e2open Carrier Marketplace. Carriers select the level at which they would like to participate: Carrier Web Connect (free), Carrier Web Connect+, Carrier eConnect, and Carrier eConnect+. You get to choose your level of participation and the associated cost.

  • I’m a current Web (free) user. Do I still need to register?

    Answer: Yes. Even free Web users need to make a selection in order to maintain their active account.

  • I’m an EDI user. Do I still need to register?

    Answer: Yes. Existing EDI subscription contracts will not be renewed as of December 31, so you need to make a choice. You can select Carrier eConnect to continue your existing connection or move up to Carrier eConnect+ with API connections.

  • Can I pay with a check? What are the payment options?

    Answer: Payments are made by credit card, bank transfer (ACH), and we also offer an Invoice Me option as part of our quick and efficient enrollment process. Checks are not accepted.
