Q: What’s your current role at e2open, and how long have you been with the company?

A: I lead a team in the Enterprise Service Engineering department that supports the Global Logistics Orchestration product. I joined e2open via the Amber Road acquisition in 2019. Altogether, I’ve been part of the e2open journey for over 16 years—and still excited to be here every day.

A: Relationship-building with everyone I work with—customers and colleagues alike. Nothing beats really knowing your counterparts as people.

Q: What advice would you give to someone just starting in their career?

A: These are the best of times—Generative AI puts vast knowledge at our fingertips. “I don’t know” is no longer an excuse; it’s a starting prompt. Never stop learning, and never stop building.

Q: In your experience, what are the biggest challenges supply chain leaders face today?

A: Navigating the geopolitical and global trade uncertainties in 2025.

Q: What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of work?

Q: What personal strengths have helped you most in your career?

A: Persistence – the ability to keep going even when things get tough.

Q: If you could have three wishes granted by a genie, what would they be?

A: Health, happiness, and time-together – for myself and my loved ones.

Q: Out of all the places you’ve been to, what is your favorite and why?

A: Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan – Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji are just breathtaking. I had an amazing time there with my family.
