E2open has been named a 2026 Great Supply Chain Partner, earning a spot on SupplyChainBrain's 100 Great Supply Chain Partners list. Now in its 24th year, the list is one of the longest-running supply chain awards in the industry, and one of the few built entirely on customer nominations rather than vendor submissions.
How SupplyChainBrain decides its supply chain award winners
SupplyChainBrain runs a six-month online poll asking supply chain professionals to nominate the vendors and service providers whose solutions have made a real difference in their company's efficiency, customer service, and overall supply chain performance. Every company on the list, including e2open, earned its place because customers said so, not because it filled out an entry form.
“For twenty-four consecutive years, SupplyChainBrain has published our much-anticipated list of 100 Great Supply Chain Partners - a select group of companies whose customers recognize them for providing outstanding solutions and services,” said Brad Berger, publisher of SupplyChainBrain. “Our six-month online poll of supply chain professionals requires a qualified response, asking them to nominate vendors and service providers whose solutions have made a significant impact on their company’s efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance. This year’s field of nominees was highly competitive and overall excellent, coming from all areas of supply chain management. Your company should be proud to be named as one of the 100 Great!”
That distinction matters. As SupplyChainBrain's editorial team has noted, the value of a supply chain rarely shows up in any single company's numbers. It shows up in the space between partners, in the thousands of one-to-one relationships that decide whether a shipment clears customs, a supplier confirms an order, or a customer gets what they need on time. A list built on nominations, rather than self-promotion, is one of the few ways to measure that space directly.
Why this supply chain partner recognition matters now
Supply chains are operating under real pressure this year: shifting trade policy, tariff volatility, and customers who expect real-time answers instead of quarterly ones. Against that backdrop, a supply chain award compiled from customer feedback, rather than vendor pitches, carries more weight than most. It's a direct signal that the results customers see from e2open's planning, supply, global trade, logistics, and channel applications are strong enough that they took the time to say so.
That feedback comes from people managing very different problems: a planner reconciling a forecast against real demand, a trade compliance team clearing a shipment before a deadline, a channel manager tracking inventory across hundreds of partners. Different roles, different suites, same underlying ask: a platform that holds up when things get complicated. Being named to a list built on those experiences is a more useful measure of that than any internal metric could be.
E2open will appear alongside this year's other 100 Great Supply Chain Partners in the August 2026 issue of SupplyChainBrain magazine and on SupplyChainBrain.com.
Thank you to every customer who took the time to nominate us. This recognition belongs to you as much as it does to us.
