E2open Names Susan Bennett as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

DALLAS – January 21, 2025 – E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ETWO), the connected supply chain SaaS platform with the largest multi-enterprise network, announces the appointment of Susan E. Bennett as e2open’s chief legal officer (CLO) and secretary, after serving as interim EVP, general counsel and secretary for the company since May 2024.

Bennett is a strategic, results-oriented executive dedicated to promoting collaborative, innovative, and inclusive cultures through partnering with stakeholders at all levels, including the board of directors, shareholders, executive leadership, and commercial organizations. In her role as CLO and secretary, she oversees the legal, contracts, risk management, information security and compliance areas of the business. Prior to joining e2open, Bennett served as CLO for Circana (previously IRI) for nearly 10 years where she led the legal and compliance functions. Previously, she was SVP, general counsel and secretary at Culligan International Company, after beginning her legal career at a small law firm. Bennett is a double graduate of the University of Iowa; she serves as a co-chair of her alma mater’s Together Hawkeyes Capital Campaign and as chair emerita of the Alumni Leadership Council.
