Suzanne is a seasoned Customs compliance & global supply chain subject matter expert with strong experience in import & export regulations, global cargo security programs (CTPAT, AEO), FTAs and Customs trade compliance programs such as ISA and CSA. Suzanne founded the Global Trade Academy to provide the logistics and trade industry with consulting expertise and unique training programs. The Global Trade Academy was acquired by Amber Road in 2015 and then E2open in 2019.
A highly sought-after speaker, Suzanne is frequently called upon to share her knowledge with the industry on global trade policies and their impact on companies. Her sense of humor and love of government regulations allows her to distill and make understandable complex rules and guide companies to successful partnerships with Customs agencies around the world. She has spoken on behalf of trade associations worldwide including AAEI, NCBFAA, CSCMP, ICPA, NAFTZ and the ELogistics Forum.
