This month, we held a Q&A with Tony Sposato, Manager, Professional Services at e2open. 

Q: How long have you been working for e2open?

A: I have been working with e2open since the Logistyx acquisition in March of 2022.  

Q: What drives you in your career? 

A: What drives me is leading a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers to ensure customer success. It is very rewarding to see and experience my team, and I deliver solutions that save customers money and increase productivity. 

Q: How do you make decisions at work? What is your process? 

A: This is a tough question. It varies depending on the decision having to be made, but the main goal is to ensure customer success and satisfactionI try to incorporate that in all my decision-making that occurs daily. 

Q: What is it like to work at e2open? 

A: As a manager at e2open, I am dedicated to collaborating in a work environment where my team member’s contributions are valued and recognized. We strive for excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of our work. With open communication and mutual respect, we are achieving goals and driving success for our clients.  There are, of course, negatives, but the positives outweigh the negatives.

Q: If you could give career advice to your younger self, what would it be? 

A: I would tell myself, “Stick with it.Don’t quit. Think carefully. 

Q: What is one thing on your bucket list? 

A: Something on my bucket list is to visit Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: Do you have any hidden talents? 

A: I enjoy and am talented at home improvements. I am currently replacing the hardwood floors throughout my house. 

Q: What’s your caffeinated beverage of choice? Coffee? Soda? Tea? 

A: My caffeinated beverage of choice is coffee! 

Q: What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day? 

A: After a long day, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my wife and six children.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? 

A: If I could travel anywhere, I would go somewhere warm. I reside in Connecticut, and it is very cold right now!
